Objective
This one day workshop is intended to develop skills in designing and delivering training. The focus is on building classroom and facilitator training skills as well as one- on- one training ability.
Participants will be introduced to strategies and techniques to help trainees accept and apply learning. Learning how to:
- help trainees discover what they know
- introduce new skills
- create practice opportunities
