Preference & Productivity

Participants will develop an understanding of how personality preferences link with individual strengths, communication effectiveness, and workplace relationships. The
result will enhance competencies of collaboration, adaptability, impact, influence, visionary leadership. Many job-related frustrations and stresses can be traced to discomfort in handling the following types of situations:
