Behavioural Interviewing

How an interviewee acted in past situation will likely determine how they will behave how they in the future.

Four examples of behavioural interview questions to ask include:

  1. Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to do something.
  2. Give an example of a time when you used good judgment and in problem-solving.
  3. Describe a situation when you had to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to get a job done.
  4. Tell me about a time when you had too much to do and needed to prioritize your tasks.

Our behavioural interviewing training provides strategies and techniques to plan for the interview; develop assessment strategy; develop questions and conduct the interview in a professional manner.  The training course can be delivered at your location or in our location in Toronto.
