Conflict Resolution Training – Tip of the Day
Finding agreement is a method of acknowledging criticism and agreeing with any portion of the criticism that may be true. It permits you to listen to the criticism for any useful information without losing your cool.
If there is any element of truth use either full or partial agreement.
Examples: “It sometimes appears that . . .”
“You might be right. . . . . . .”
“There’s a lot of truth in what you say . . .”
Our conflict management workshop provides strategies and techniques to resolve in everyday situations. Our alternate conflict resolution workshop focuses on conflicts in a union environment. The training courses can be delivered at your location or in our location in Toronto.
